  We bought a house in Darlington marketed by Anthony Jones Properties. It was a great experience.
  
  Tony and his team were excellent. We obviously didn't choose them - the sellers did - but we're glad they did. Everyone we dealt with in the office was professional, knowledgeable and courteous and they clearly worked hard to manage expectations on both sides and get the result everyone was looking for.
  
  Tony's approach was noticeably different to other agents who had contributed to our decision to walk away from several other properties. No pressure tactics, no mind games, he just got on with the business of facilitating the negotiations, keeping everyone informed and keeping everything on track.
